It’s taken me years to articulate my photographic work, in retrospect. I take portraits. Portraits of people, portraits of places, portraits of punks. My visual instincts are sparked by a desire to capture the inherent dignity of persons and places, and the authenticity, beauty, humor, and occasional irony that suggest story.
